In response to feedback from our clients our ResponsEye/999Eye video streaming service now includes a standalone two-way chat facility.
If it isn’t possible for a video to be shared or a caller to speak, either the caller or the operator can initiate a standalone chat through the service once connected. Without the need for any app to be downloaded, initiating the chat also activates the GPS feed from the caller’s phone so that, even without video or voice confirmation the location of the caller can be accurately identified and updated during the session.
ResponsEye and its Emergency Service variant, 999eye, is in use across the UK in Control Rooms and Contact Centres in a number of different sectors, enhancing public services and enabling more efficient use of resources.
